What are the copy deadlines for 2016/17

What market areas do you distribute your community magazines to?
Each edition of our magazines are distributed to more than 37,500 households and businesses. You can choose to include your advertisement in all our books, or select individual publications which best target your local market area. We typically offer discounts for advertising in more than one.

Can I change my advert during my contract period?
Yes, although we do not advise you change it too much particularly when the advert is working for you.
Can I switch books / areas at a later date within my contract period?
Yes, although we recommend you spend a minimum of 3 months in any one area before switching. Experience shows us that the longer you are in a specific book the better it works for you.
Can I have editorial space to run with my advert, if so, do I have to pay for it?
Yes, you can and we do not normally make a charge as long as the editorial does not exceed the size of your normal advertising space, unless previously agreed.
What should I include in the editorial?
You can include anything that will help promote your business, i.e. qualifications, special occasions, history, etc. The most effective editorials usually contain at least one genuine customer testimonial.
Do you help write the editorials or do I need to provide it?
We can write the editorial for you although you know your business better than us. Also, we do have a local correspondent (Celia Salter) who, for a nominal fee, will write the editorial on your behalf. In this instance, you will be given a minimum of a full page space.
Do I need to provide you with advert or can you design one for me?
Advertising with us couldn’t be easier, you don’t even need your own artwork, utilising our graphic design services we can tailor an advertisement to your business requirements, ensuring maximum response. Contact us today.
Are you able to distribute leaflets?
Yes! Competitive prices – free quotes and free delivery, what’s not to like? Also, if you already advertise with us you will benefit from further reduced distribution prices. We can either cover our whole area, individual book areas or break down into smaller pin point areas.
Do you offer sponsorship?
